I'm adding support for the new xcode 16 syntax. In particular:
PBXFileSystemSynchronizedRootGroupsectionPBXFileSystemSynchronizedBuildFileExceptionSetsectionpreferredProjectObjectVersionfield inside thePBXProjectsectionI used the testing file found here: EvanBacon/xcode#18 (very interesting project by the way, much more aligned with my current tech stack) which has been obtained from https://github.com/hbiede/Score-Tally/blob/main/iOS/ScoreTally/Score%20Tally.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj.
Fixes #117
